This timeless design spaciously accommodates a family of five and also lives beautifully for smaller family groups. The large living area is fitted with our signature two story atrium brightened by a generous sky light. An elegant dining zone overlooks the front lawn through floor to ceiling windows. Our Bistro style kitchen and a large centrally located first floor laundry are housed in beech millwork pavilions to exude a feeling of refined warmth. The courtyard and reflecting pool offer a pleasant and calming retreat from the hectic.

A beautiful and spacious master with lots of storage and dramatic views to the front fills almost the entire lower level. Two or three bedrooms plus a full bath and the library bridge comprise the third floor. Bedroom #2 is generous enough to be divided in two and an additional full bath may be incorporated into the plan.
